Extracurricular Activities

What do we offer at Abingdon?

At Abingdon we try to provide a variety of extracurricular activities, these are in the form of afterschool clubs, lunchtime clubs, tournaments and other sporting activities.

We try to offer free clubs run by teachers at points throughout the year alongside payable clubs run by outside agencies.

We run clubs such as:

Gardening Club,

Stories, snacks and Chats

Rocksteady

Mad Science

We regularly take groups of children out to sporting events and other MU Foundation events- for example:

Athletics at Woodbank Stadium

Netball tournament

Dance at Reddish Vale High School

Foot ball tournaments

MUFC girls football at 'The Cliff'

Eco Reds
